Hallo,

Ich bin neu in Deutschland und mein Deutsch, besonders technisch ist noch nicht fließend.

I have just had KD installed with the free Hitron router. I have picked up a Fritz 6320. I can connect to the router setup page no problem. However when I try to connect to the internet I get a popup from KD asking me to enter my username and password. I used the same details for the KD portal. However for this authentication it fails and i cannot connect to the internet.

Below is the login screen - I am really confused. Could any one help?

Die Fritz!Box 6320 ist kein KD Gerät, und daher bei KD nicht nutzbar! Bei KD gibt es nur die 6360, und dass auch NUR zu leihe! Diese Bix schaltet dir keiner frei. Am besten du machst den Kauf wieder rückgängig. Dass was du siehst ist die Provisionierungsplattform für die Techniker, und immer bei nicht freigeschalteten Modems zu sehen.

Mit der hitron Ich versuchte, meine Time Capsule zu verbinden. Ich aktivierte den Bridge-Modus über kd-Portal. Ich verband ein Ethernet-Kabel an den TC WAN-und Setup-TC mit DHCP / NAT automatischen als auch bei statisch. Ich bekomme keine Internetverbindung oder so. Was mache ich falsch?

The time capsule is a standard NAT-Router as I understood you? Like the other AirPort devices.

It is correct that you have to change the Hitron device into Bridge Mode so it only acts as a modem and not a NAT-Router.

It can take some time for the change to propagate to the modem as it downloads a different firmware which changes the device into modem mode. You could try power-cycling the modem.
