Greetings to all! I am really sorry i am writing in English, but my German is not that good and i would prefer avoiding misunderstandings.
I live in Berlin, at the place i live - as i moved in it already had an included Internet and TV connection - from Kabel Deutschland.
Since i am from Bulgaria and i want to take advantage of some of our websites and services i need a bulgarian IP adress. I have made a OpenVPN connection with a friend of mine and at first sight everything was OK, the VPN Client shows that the IP adress is obtained but when i try to open a web page i dont have any access. Its not from his server configurations because i have tryed connecting to another internet provider(O2) and everything works..... so Kabel Deutschland has some strange restrictions to my connection.(i have also tryed to push my DNS data - not worked)

So what would you advice me to do? Should i call Kabel Deutschland and what to explain them? Do i have to tell them to open some ports?

Kabel Deutschland Modem: Thomson THG540
Attached Router: http://uk.tp-link.com/products/details/ ... =TL-WR841N (also the problem is not from the routers configurations, because when i hook up the cable straight from the Thomson modem to my Laptop - the same story)

Call them. I could imagine that they have restrictions if you want to get to the Web through your bulgarian IP adress.

There are no known Restrictions in VPN Connectivity. Looks like some Kind of Routing Problem.
