[VF West] Verbindungsabbrüche, T3/T4 Timeout, IPTV Probleme

Guten Tag,
wir haben unseren Vertrag Ende Oktober 2019 von Office Internet & Phone 50/5 auf Office Internet & Phone 300 light 300/10 umstellen lassen.
Im Zuge dessen war ein Techniker vor Ort, hat die Fritzbox 6360 gegen eine 6490 getauscht und die Leitung eingemessen.
Bis ca. Ende März diesen Jahres lief soweit einwandfrei. Seit Anfang April haben wir vermehrt Probleme mit unserem Internet.
Es ist schwierig zu beschreiben, als ob die Leitung zwischenzeitlich mal kurz weg ist obwohl die Box lt. Webinterface verbunden ist. Wenn ich über LAN einen Speedtest mache ist dieser fast immer im Soll.
Trotzdem kann man manchmal nicht surfen, obwohl die Box verbunden ist.
Vermehrt merken wir die Probleme ab nachmittags und vor allem bei Benutzung von Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc... Die Streams laufen nicht sauber, selbst bei HD haben wir immer wieder Buffering.
Diese Probleme bestehen erst seit Vodafone, jahrelang zuvor nie Probleme über Unitymedia Business.
Ich habe eine Störung bei Vodafone gemeldet. Nach ein paar Tagen bekam ich die Meldung, dass ein externes Fremdsignal gefunden und behoben wurde. Leider hat das nichts gebracht.
Dann sollte ich einen Werksreset der Fritzbox machen, aber auch dies hat keinen Erfolg gebracht.
Jemand eine Idee?
